Alphaomega is committed to providing prompt and effective roadside assistance. Payments are due for all services successfully rendered and completed as requested. Refunds are only available in cases of clear service failure, such as non-arrival of a technician, service not being performed, or incorrect service being provided. We do not offer refunds for services that were successfully completed and delivered according to your request. All refund requests based on legitimate service failures must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion by calling 1-888-454-2448 for review.
